V1TER: high-performance wellness.
The V1TER project continues to advance at pace, with each stage moving the development closer to its final vision. Structural works have now been fully completed, with concrete casting reaching 100% across all elements. Block works and plastering have also been finalized, while podium floor painting is completed, adding definition to the tower’s lower levels.
Painting progress continues, with primer works completed through the 22nd floor and the first coat applied up to the 14th floor. Tile flooring has reached full completion on the 20th floor, with works ongoing on the 21st and 22nd floors. False ceiling installations are complete through the 18th floor, and suspension works are advancing up to the 20th floor across wet and dry areas.
Façade development is taking shape, with balcony F-channel installations completed up to the 22nd floor, while aluminum frame works are finalized through the 22nd floor with elevation four in progress. Joinery works are complete through the 6th floor and progressing on the 7th and 8th floors, while glazing is finalized up to the 20th floor with balance works underway.
MEP works continue to progress in parallel across all disciplines, keeping the project’s momentum strong. With the superstructure now at 100% and civil works at 88%, V1TER is rapidly transitioning into its finishing stages, shaping into a landmark residential tower.
