V1TER: high-performance wellness.
The V1TER project is advancing at full speed, bringing us closer to an exceptional and inspiring space. The casting of concrete for typical floors up to the 20th floor slab has been completed, with preparations for the 21st floor slab casting already underway. Block work has been finished up to the 13th floor, with progress now moving onto the 14th and 15th floors. Plastering works are completed on the 8th floor, with work continuing on the 9th and 10th floors. Podium floor painting works are complete, and primer works have been completed up to the 7th floor. Tile flooring is progressing on the 2nd and 3rd floors, and false ceiling works have been completed on the 2nd and 3rd floors, with suspension progressing up to the 6th floor. Joinery, aluminum, and balcony works are in progress on the 2nd floor, and MEP works are advancing in parallel. With 60% of civil work completed, V1TER is shaping up to be a perfect blend of innovation and practicality. Stay tuned for more updates as this exciting project continues to evolve!
