Construction progress at RA1N continues at a steady and promising pace! Concrete, block, plaster, and waterproofing works are now fully completed, marking the close of major structural activities. Tile work has reached 98%, and false ceiling installation is also at 98%, signaling near-final interior finishes.
Aluminum frame works are 97% complete, while painting works have advanced to 88%. Façade finishing stands at 85%, adding refined character to the building’s exterior. Landscaping and swimming pool works are now 45% complete, introducing the early touches of outdoor living and amenity zones.With every detail shaping up beautifully, RA1N is approaching its final form — a carefully crafted, high-quality development.
