Construction on LUM1NAR Towers 1 & 2 continues to move forward with precision and momentum, keeping pace with the project schedule and reinforcing the development’s vision of excellence.
LUM1NAR Tower 1
A key structural milestone has been achieved with the completion of the Podium 1 columns and core walls at 100%. Deshuttering works are now underway at the ground floor, signaling readiness for vertical progression. Above, formwork for the Podium 2 slab is 50% complete, while steel reinforcement works have reached 30%, setting the stage for the upcoming concrete pours. Meanwhile, MEP installations remain in progress, ensuring early coordination of essential building services.
LUM1NAR Tower 2
Tower 2 is making substantial vertical gains, with ground floor columns and the core wall now fully completed. Block work has commenced at the ground floor, marking the start of internal construction activity. At Podium 1, beam fabrication is in progress, while steel reinforcement is actively underway on the ramp connecting the ground floor to Podium 1. In parallel, MEP works continue steadily, aligned with structural developments.
With synchronized construction efforts and well-coordinated MEP execution, LUM1NAR Towers 1 & 2 are progressing confidently toward their architectural promise. The project stands as a testament to meticulous planning and strong execution.
