LUM1NAR 1: future-forward real estate.
Construction of the LUM1NAR Towers 1 & 2 continues to progress smoothly and in line with schedule.
For LUM1NAR Tower 1, the ground floor slab and columns have been fully completed, marking a key structural milestone. Concrete works for the Podium 1 slab are now 50% complete, as the tower begins to rise above ground level. MEP installations are also underway in parallel, ensuring critical services are integrated early in the process.
For LUM1NAR Tower 2, substructure activities are nearing completion. Pile cup works are 100% finished, with backfilling at 90% and tie beam works also at 90%. Ground floor columns and the core wall are now 70% complete, further advancing the structural build-up. MEP works are progressing steadily alongside these developments.
With strong and synchronized activity across both towers, LUM1NAR is steadily transforming into a signature development. Stay tuned for more updates as construction continues to rise to new heights.
