EVERGR1N: Contemporary Tranquility

The EVERGR1N tower continues to rise with steady momentum, as structural and finishing works progress across multiple fronts. The 4th floor slab, core walls, and columns have been successfully cast, marking another important vertical milestone. Above, the 5th floor slab shuttering and steel works are advancing strongly, now at 75% completion, preparing the structure for its next concrete pour.

At the podium levels, block works for both Podium 1 and Podium 2 are now fully completed. Interior finishing is progressing in parallel, with spray plaster at Podium 1 reaching 85% up to the fine coat stage, while Ground Floor plastering has advanced to 30% at the medium coat level.

Infrastructure works are also moving forward, with GRP lining for Water Tank 1 fully completed at 100%, while Water Tank 2 lining is progressing steadily at 65% completion.

With each stage moving in sync, EVERGR1N continues to embody precision and progress, shaping into a resilient and refined development that rises stronger with every milestone.
