Object 1 recently took part in the 12th RMDHA (Rugged Marathon Desert Heat Adventure), a distinctive event that challenged participants to walk 120 metres barefoot on the scorching sands of the Margham area in Dubai. This extraordinary test of endurance not only pushed physical limits but also highlighted the health benefits of such challenges, including improved sleep and stress reduction. To add a competitive edge, cash prizes were awarded to the top finishers.
