EVERGR1N: Contemporary Tranquility

The EVERGR1N tower continues to rise with steady momentum, as structural and finishing works progress across multiple fronts. The 4th floor slab, core walls, and columns have been successfully cast, marking another important vertical milestone. Above, the 5th floor slab shuttering and steel works are advancing strongly, now at 75% completion, preparing the structure for its next concrete pour.

At the podium levels, block works for both Podium 1 and Podium 2 are now fully completed. Interior finishing is progressing in parallel, with spray plaster at Podium 1 reaching 85% up to the fine coat stage, while Ground Floor plastering has advanced to 30% at the medium coat level.

Infrastructure works are also moving forward, with GRP lining for Water Tank 1 fully completed at 100%, while Water Tank 2 lining is progressing steadily at 65% completion.

With each stage moving in sync, EVERGR1N continues to embody precision and progress, shaping into a resilient and refined development that rises stronger with every milestone.

LUM1NAR 1: future-forward real estate.

LUM1NAR Tower 1
Construction at Tower 1 continues to build upward with strong momentum. The Podium 1 and Podium 2 slabs, along with their vertical elements, are now fully completed at 100%, marking significant structural achievements. The Podium 3 slab has also been cast in full, while vertical elements at this level are now at 50% progress. Above, formwork for the Podium 4 slab has reached 50%, preparing the tower for its next stage of elevation. In parallel, MEP installations remain ongoing, maintaining early integration of building services with structural works.

LUM1NAR Tower 2
Tower 2 is making strong strides, with backfilling and tie beams fully completed at 100%. At the ground floor, both columns and the core wall are finalized, providing a solid foundation for the podium works above. The Podium 1 slab and vertical elements are 100% complete, while Podium 2 slab and vertical works have reached 70% progress, moving steadily toward full completion. MEP works continue in coordination with the advancing structure, ensuring smooth alignment across all disciplines.

LUM1NAR Tower 3
Initial works for Tower 3 are actively underway. Dewatering operations remain in progress, while excavation has reached 70% completion. In tandem, pile breaking is also 70% complete, steadily advancing the groundwork that will enable upcoming structural phases.

With synchronized efforts across all three towers, the LUM1NAR development is moving forward with precision and efficiency. Each stage reinforces the vision of delivering a landmark destination that exemplifies quality, planning, and progress. WINNER TOWER: gear for champions.

The W1NNER Tower continues its upward momentum, advancing steadily through key construction milestones. The ground floor slab and columns have been fully cast, achieving 100% completion, alongside the Podium 1 slab which has also been successfully finalized. The Podium 1 columns and core wall are now completed in full, marking the conclusion of another structural stage.

Progress is well underway on the Podium 2 slab, with formwork and post-tension activities reaching 50% completion, setting the foundation for the next phase of vertical development. In parallel, MEP works are actively progressing, ensuring seamless integration of essential systems with the advancing structure.

With foundational and early podium levels behind us, and upper podium works accelerating, W1NNER Tower continues to embody precision, progress, and purposeful design. Stay tuned as this landmark development rises higher, shaping its distinctive place on the skyline.

THE F1FTH TOWER: urban elegance redefined.

The THE F1FTH Tower continues its upward journey, with progress across structure, finishes, and services unfolding in seamless coordination. As the building ascends, every phase reflects a focused drive toward quality, design, and timely delivery.

On the structural front, the floor slab casting has reached the 12th floor, while the columns and walls through to the 13th floor have been successfully completed. Reinforcement for the 13th floor slab is now underway, advancing the superstructure’s vertical rhythm and preparing for the next level of elevation.

Simultaneously, block work is complete up to the 5th floor, and has now begun on the 6th, shaping the internal layout with increasing pace. Plastering works, previously completed across all five podium levels, are now extending upward and progressing on the 1st floor, while the texture finish on podium levels is fully complete, giving architectural definition to the base of the tower.

Inside the Mock-Up Units (204 & 208), progress showcases the evolving interior character of the project. Block and plastering works are done, with floor tiles and wall cladding completed, and false ceiling installations finalized. Aluminum framing and glass balustrade works are in motion, adding both safety and refinement, while MEP first fix installations have been fully wrapped up, setting the stage for final fit-outs.

Across the tower, MEP works continue in tandem with civil and structural activities, ensuring services are integrated early and efficiently.

With superstructure completion now at 42% and civil works at 31%, THE F1FTH Tower is building momentum on all fronts. The project is steadily transforming into a refined, modern development—floor by floor, detail by detail.

OZONE1: smart wellness community.

The OZONE1 project continues to gain vertical and technical momentum, with works across structure, finishes, and services reflecting consistent and coordinated execution.

Structural Progress has been significant, with floor slab casting now completed up to the 12th floor, marking a major milestone. Reinforcement works are actively ongoing for the columns, walls, and core wall between the 13th and 14th floors, driving the superstructure forward with precision.

Block work has reached the 6th floor, with ongoing activity on the 7th floor, contributing to a steady pace in vertical closure. Internally, plastering has been completed across all podiums and on the 2nd floor (11 flats), while surface preparation is progressing on the 1st and 3rd floors. On the exterior, texture painting is fully completed across all podium levels, and primer application has been finalized for the 2nd floor flats, advancing the project’s architectural expression.

Inside the Mock-Up Apartments (203, 204 & 207), the interior scope continues to take shape:

• Block work, plastering, and floor screed are complete.
  
• Tiling and false ceiling installation in both dry and wet areas are done.
  
• Painting works (primer and stucco) are completed, with the first coat in progress.
  
• Glass balustrade installation is underway, and kitchen cabinet works are progressing in Flat 203.
  
• Sanitary fixtures, including WC and shower sets, are fully installed, giving a preview of the final finish.

1WOOD: nature-inspired homes.

The 1WOOD project continues to demonstrate strong construction momentum and technical precision. With 100% of the concrete casting for the entire structure now completed, the superstructure has officially reached full completion — a major project milestone.

Block work has been fully completed up to the 11th floor, with 12th floor work currently in progress, reinforcing the building’s vertical development. Plastering is now 100% finished up to the 8th floor, with 50% of the 9th floor already completed, ensuring timely internal readiness.

Painting efforts are steadily advancing, with 90% of podium floor painting completed and 90% of primer painting (walls and ceilings) done up to the 8th floor, adding visual definition to the typical floors.

On the finishing front, tile flooring is nearing completion on the 7th floor (90%) in both dry and wet areas, and has now commenced on the 8th floor. False ceiling installation has reached 90% up to the 6th floor, with suspension works 80% done up to the 8th floor’s dry zones.

Joinery and glazing work in mockup flats remains complete, effectively previewing the aesthetic vision of 1WOOD. Meanwhile, glazing works across the building are actively progressing, bringing clarity and modernity to the façade.

MEP services are advancing in parallel, ensuring seamless integration and operational alignment. With superstructure works now at 100% and civil works reaching 70% completion, 1WOOD is transitioning confidently into the final stages of development.

V1TER: high-performance wellness.

The V1TER project continues to advance at pace, with each stage moving the development closer to its final vision. Structural works have now been fully completed, with concrete casting reaching 100% across all elements. Block works and plastering have also been finalized, while podium floor painting is completed, adding definition to the tower’s lower levels.

Painting progress continues, with primer works completed through the 22nd floor and the first coat applied up to the 14th floor. Tile flooring has reached full completion on the 20th floor, with works ongoing on the 21st and 22nd floors. False ceiling installations are complete through the 18th floor, and suspension works are advancing up to the 20th floor across wet and dry areas.

Façade development is taking shape, with balcony F-channel installations completed up to the 22nd floor, while aluminum frame works are finalized through the 22nd floor with elevation four in progress. Joinery works are complete through the 6th floor and progressing on the 7th and 8th floors, while glazing is finalized up to the 20th floor with balance works underway.

MEP works continue to progress in parallel across all disciplines, keeping the project’s momentum strong. With the superstructure now at 100% and civil works at 88%, V1TER is rapidly transitioning into its finishing stages, shaping into a landmark residential tower. RA1N: A Harmonious Blend of Accessibility and Serenity

The RA1N project is steadily advancing toward completion, with major structural and finishing milestones now accomplished. Concrete, block, plaster, waterproofing, tile, and false ceiling works have all been fully completed, marking a significant step in the overall progress. Aluminum frame installations are finalized, securing the structure’s envelope and ensuring readiness for detailed finishing.

Painting works are progressing smoothly, now at 90% completion, bringing color and vibrancy to the interiors. Externally, façade finishing works are 95% complete, defining the project’s modern and refined architectural expression. Landscaping and swimming pool development are also well underway, with 75% progress achieved, adding the final touches to the outdoor environment and amenities.

With the core civil and finishing works completed and secondary stages nearing their conclusion, RA1N is transforming into a sophisticated and inviting residential development. Each milestone brings the vision closer to reality, setting the stage for final handover preparations.

Progress at EVERGR1N continues to build upward with determination and discipline, as the project moves confidently through each structural milestone.

We’ve successfully completed the slab castings for the Ground Floor, Podium 1, Podium 2, and the First Floor, setting a strong structural foundation for the floors to follow. Currently, shuttering works for the Second Floor are completed, and steel reinforcement is actively in progress, pushing the vertical structure forward.

Meanwhile, block work on Podium 1 is well underway, giving shape to internal spaces and defining the early layout of the podium zones. In parallel, primer application and texture painting are ongoing on Podium 1, bringing visual character and surface readiness to the façade.

These developments build upon our previously completed 100% piling works and substructure activities, reflecting a synchronized pace between civil, structural, and finishing trades. As we move into higher floors, the EVERGR1N vision continues to take form—resilient, refined, and thoughtfully constructed.
