1. Mobilization has been completed on the site (the construction camp is fully equipped).
2. Work is currently underway to construct a pile field, and the degree of completion is 30%.
3. All permits have been obtained from regulatory authorities to commence construction and establish connections to networks.
4. Contracts have been signed with the following suppliers:
- Resellers of BOSCH household appliances
- Cabinet furniture from an Italian brand
- OTIS elevators
- French Smart Home System by Legrand
