Object One Real Estate Development LLC and its affiliated companies (“we”, “our”, and “us”), all incorporated under the laws of Dubai, are committed to respecting your personal information and protecting your privacy through our compliance with this privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) and the applicable laws, including, without limitation UAE Federal Decree by Law No. (45) of 2021 Concerning the Protection of Personal Data, DIFC Data Protection Law and EU General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) (the “Data Protection Laws”).
In this Privacy Policy, we describe our privacy procedures and practices regarding the collection, processing, use, sharing, storing and retention of personal information that you may provide to us or that we may collect from you.
1. Collection of Personal Data
During the course of our business, we may collect personal information directly from you in an electronic and/or physical format, when you use our website (mobile app or any other digital platform); when you contact us; when you visit our offices, project sites, mockeup apartments or events; when you seek employment with us; or as a result of your interactions with any of our employees.
We work closely with third parties (including, business partners, real estate brokers, vendors, contractors, consultants, advertising networks, analytics providers, search information providers, customer survey providers, etc.) and they may share your personal information with us; that sharing will be governed by that third-party company’s privacy policy. The following information may be collected and processed by us:
- nformation establishing your identity and your basic information (for example, name, address, email address, Emirates ID, passport, contact details, marriage certificate, salary certificate, employment contract, trade license, utilities account details);
- information related to your emergency contact person;
- financial information (for example, bank account details);
- any other information you independently and voluntarily choose to provide to us;
- information relating to your visits to our offices, meetings and events, including photographic and video images;
- call recording if you contact us by phone, for quality assurance and training purposes; and
- technical information with or without using cookies (including your current location, IP address, browser details, traffic data, location data, page interaction information, length of visits etc.).
2. Cookies
We use cookies. Cookies are small files stored on your device by us, which record information including but not limited to the web pages you visit, the products you view, your other activities on our website, dates and times of such activities. You can disable the use of cookies on your browser, but this may adversely affect the user experience and functionality of our website.
3. Use of Personal Data
In accordance with our professional obligations and the Data Protection Laws, we will maintain the confidentiality of your personal information. - we combine personal information we collect with personal information collected from our websites, mobile apps and other sources to help us better understand you as a customer.
4. Sharing of Personal Data
We may share your personal information for the purposes outlined in section 4 above to:
- our employees designated to carry out the necessary activities towards you;
- our affiliate companies where required to provide you with our products and services and in order to maintain a high level of service across our group of companies;
- third party service providers, who provide services to us (including but not limited to providers of hosting services, email services and push notifications, marketing services, telephone support services and other IT services and delivery service providers); and
- any competent authorities, where we are required to do so by applicable legislation.
We do not sell, rent, distribute, or otherwise make your personal information commercially available to anyone. Whenever we transfer your personal information to third parties for the purposes stated in section 4 above, we ensure that they comply with data security standards.
5. Transfer of Personal Data
The information you submit will be processed by us and stored on our servers, currently located in the United Arab Emirates. We will not transfer any personal information outside the United Arab Emirates, if we cannot lawfully do so.
We will only transfer your personal data outside of the United Arab Emirates if:
- we have your consent;
- we have appropriate safeguards in place;
- the country to which your personal information will be transferred is a country with high levels of data protection; and
- the transfer is necessary for one of the other reasons under the applicable legislation.

However, please note that some of the rights listed above may be limited, where we have an overriding interest or legal obligation to continue processing your personal information or not disclose the same.
7. Personal Data Retention
We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, considering our need to respond to inquiries and resolve issues, or for a longer period if it’s required to comply with applicable law.
8. Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect the information of, or make contact with, persons under the age of 18 and we reserve the right to destroy any such information which comes to our attention.
If you are under the age of 18, you are required to get your legal guardian’s permission before providing any personal information.
10. Protection of Personal Data
In accordance with the applicable law, we are typically the “Controller” (as defined in the Data Protection Laws) of any personal information we receive from you. On rare occasions, we may be as the “Processor” (as defined and permitted in the Data Protection Laws). Either way, we have taken reasonable technical, administrative, and physical precautions to protect your personal information against loss, misuse and alteration. It is important to note, however, that no internet-based site can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and we cannot be held responsible for unauthorised or unintended access that is beyond our control.

Our websites, mobile applications or any other digital platforms may provide links to third-party websites or applications, which is purely for your convenience only. By clicking on these links, you will leave our website or application. Please note that we do not control those websites/ applications or their privacy practices, which may differ from ours. This Privacy Policy does not cover personal data you provide to third parties.
12. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update or change this Privacy Policy from time to time. An updated Privacy Policy will be uploaded on this website. In the event that we intend to use your personal information in a manner significantly different from that stated at the time of collection, we will notify you by email or by posting a notification on our website or applications. All changes will become effective when posted, unless indicated otherwise. We encourage you to review our Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
