The construction of the W1NNER Tower project is progressing well 

Key work completed:

1. Piling works done (92 no`s. of the piles cast from 92 no`s.)

2. Shoring works done 100%

3. Excavation works in progress (50% done)

Exciting progress is underway in the OZONE1  project.

• excavation & soil compaction and improvement works has been completed
• leveling to cast concrete for p.c.c is in progress
• reinforcement steel preparation works is in progress

Dubai is set to launch air taxis, marking a new chapter in its transportation infrastructure. UAE-based Air Chateau has signed an agreement with European developer Crisalion Mobility to acquire ten Integrity eVTOL aircraft. These advanced vehicles can reach speeds of up to 180 km/h and carry six passengers, including the pilot, with operations expected to begin by 2030 as part of the UAE’s urban air mobility strategy.

The project aims to reduce travel time within Dubai, offering residents and visitors a fast, eco-friendly transport option. This initiative seeks to ease the burden on ground transportation and reduce traffic congestion, contributing to a more sustainable and environmentally friendly system.

Crisalion Mobility’s Integrity eVTOL aircraft feature advanced FlyFree technology for maximum flight safety. Designed for both urban and intercity transport, they offer a versatile solution with zero-emission electric engines, aligning with the UAE’s commitment to sustainability.

The partnership between Air Chateau and Crisalion Mobility extends beyond aircraft delivery, aiming to expand air taxi services in major UAE cities and explore future joint projects in Europe. Crisalion Mobility’s General Manager, Manuel Heredia, emphasized the strategic importance of this partnership in supporting sustainable air travel.

The introduction of air taxis in Dubai is a major step forward in urban mobility, promising faster, more sustainable travel options that align with global trends and local development goals. Residents and visitors will soon benefit from these new transport options, transforming the city’s transportation landscape.

• – Plaster work at 15th floor
• – MEP work (AC ducting) at 7th floor
• – Screed for corridor flooring at 6th floor
• – Painting and protecting at Mockup 502

Exciting advancements are being made in the 1WOOD project.  

KEY WORKS WERE UNDERTAKEN & COMPLETED on 1WOOD Project:

• Excavation & soil compaction and improvement works has been completed 
• Pile caps foundation casting concrete works is in progress 
• Ground floor columns casting works is in progress 
• Backfilling works is in progress

The V1TER project is progressing and remains on track with the original timeline.

• All ground floor columns and core walls has been completed 
• Backfilling works up to ground 
• Level works has been completed 
• 1st podium slab shuttering and reinforcement works is in progress
