The 1WOOD project is progressing right on track, with the casting of the 9th floor slab now completed and preparations for the 10th floor slab already in motion. Block work has been completed up to the 4th floor, with ongoing activity on the 5th and 6th floors, maintaining consistent forward momentum across levels.
Plastering works on the podium and 2nd floor are finished, while the 3rd and 4th floors are steadily advancing. Painting on the podium floors is fully complete, and the second floor has now entered the painting stage, contributing to the project’s evolving finish and feel.
MEP works are also progressing in parallel, ensuring that every detail aligns with our standards of precision and quality. With superstructure works now 70% complete and civil works at 35%, 1WOOD is shaping into a refined blend of modern function, aesthetic clarity, and sustainable intent.

Construction update V1TER
V1TER: high-performance wellness.
The V1TER project continues its rapid progress, bringing the vision closer to completion with each stage. Concrete casting has now been fully completed up to the 22nd floor slab and roof slab, with only parapet works remaining on the upper roof. Block works have also reached 100% completion through the 22nd floor.
Plastering is completed up to the 19th floor, with work on the 20th floor now 70% complete. Podium floor painting is finalized, while primer and stucco works have been completed through the 19th floor, enhancing the building’s finish.
Tile flooring is progressing on the 19th floor and is now 50% done. False ceiling works are complete on the 13th floor, with suspension completed through to the 15th floor in both wet and dry areas.
Façade and external works continue with the balcony F-channel installed up to the 17th floor at 95% completion. Aluminum frame works are 95% complete up to the 10th floor, and 70% completed from the 11th to 17th floors. Joinery and glazing are completed in the mock-up units.MEP works are steadily progressing in parallel across all fronts. OZONE1: smart wellness community.
The OZONE1 project continues to progress steadily, reflecting our commitment to creating a dynamic and contemporary living space. The floor slab casting has now been completed up to the 8th floor, with reinforcement works actively underway for columns and core walls between the 8th and 9th floors.
Block work has been completed through the 2nd floor, and is in progress on the 3rd and 4th floors, maintaining consistent vertical development. Plastering works have been finalized across all podium levels (up to Podium 4), while texture painting has also been completed up to the same level, enhancing the visual character of the façade.
Inside the Mock-Up Units (Apartments 203, 204 & 207), block and plastering works are complete, with floor screeding preparations in progress and MEP first fix installations finalized.
MEP activities continue in parallel across the site, in alignment with construction milestones. With superstructure works now at 53% and civil works at 35%, OZONE1 is shaping into a future-ready development marked by quality, functionality, and modern appeal.

The W1NNER Tower continues its upward momentum, marking another significant phase in construction progress. The ground floor slab and columns have been successfully cast, reaching 100% completion, and the Podium 1 slab has also been fully completed — setting the stage for vertical development above podium level.
Steel reinforcement works for the Podium 1 columns and core wall are now actively in progress, shaping the core structure for the next levels. At the same time, MEP works are progressing in parallel, ensuring essential systems are well-aligned with structural timelines.

LUM1NAR 1: future-forward real estate.
Construction of the LUM1NAR Towers 1 & 2 continues to progress smoothly and in line with schedule.
For LUM1NAR Tower 1, the ground floor slab and columns have been fully completed, marking a key structural milestone. Concrete works for the Podium 1 slab are now 50% complete, as the tower begins to rise above ground level. MEP installations are also underway in parallel, ensuring critical services are integrated early in the process.
For LUM1NAR Tower 2, substructure activities are nearing completion. Pile cup works are 100% finished, with backfilling at 90% and tie beam works also at 90%. Ground floor columns and the core wall are now 70% complete, further advancing the structural build-up. MEP works are progressing steadily alongside these developments.

EVERGR1N: Contemporary Tranquility
Progress on the EVERGR1N project continues to advance with strong momentum and precision! We’ve successfully completed the ground floor slab and columns, as well as all concrete works for Podium 1 slab and columns. Additionally, Podium 2 slab (part 1) has been casted, with part 2 scheduled for Wednesday—marking another critical step forward before we begin the columns for this level.
These structural milestones build upon our previously completed 100% piling works and ongoing substructure developments. EVERGR1N is shaping into a thoughtfully crafted and resilient development. We’re excited to keep the pace strong—more updates to come, so stay tuned!
Construction update THE F1FTH TOWER
THE F1FTH TOWER: urban elegance redefined.
Construction of THE F1FTH Tower is advancing steadily, with floor slabs completed up to the 7th floor and columns and walls cast through to the 8th floor. Reinforcement for the 8th floor slab is now in progress, continuing the tower’s vertical rise.
Block work is done up to the 2nd floor and ongoing on the 3rd, while plastering and texture painting are fully completed across all five podium levels, giving form and finish to the structure’s base.
In Mock-Up Units 204 & 208, block and plastering are done, with MEP first fix in progress. Overall, MEP works continue smoothly alongside other site activities.
With 38% of the superstructure and 29% of civil works now complete, THE F1FTH Tower is moving confidently toward its vision. Stay tuned as progress continues to build.
