RA1N: sustainable luxury living

Construction progress at RA1N is moving full steam ahead!
Concrete and block works are fully completed, and plaster and waterproofing are also 100% done. Tile works are nearing the finish line at 95%, while false ceiling installation stands strong at 85%. Aluminum frame work is almost complete at 95%, and painting works have reached 75%. Meanwhile, façade finishing works are progressing steadily at 70%, with landscaping and swimming pool works advancing at 30%.

With these milestones in place, RA1N is confidently progressing toward the next exciting chapter. With a sharp focus on quality and attention to detail, RA1N continues to evolve into an exceptional space. Stay tuned for more updates!

Construction of the LUM1NAR Tower 1 & 2 is progressing smoothly and on schedule! For LUM1NAR Tower 1, the piling casting has been successfully completed, and preparations for the water tank and pile cap casting are already underway. With 50% of the sub-structure work completed, we are steadily advancing toward the next phase.

For LUM1NAR Tower 2, enabling works are 90% complete, and excavation work along with site cleaning for the underground floor are actively progressing.
